Wellbeing chats

Sparkle conversations

These informal conversations enable people to be open and honest about the things that impact our self worth and self esteem. You can access these by coming to one of our Drop-Ins.

What are Sparkle Conversations

Each group is kept small, to ensure that each person feels able to contribute in conversations and friendships can grow more easily.

Key characteristics in a group are encouragement, commitment, hope, non judgement and understanding attitudes.

These are pop up conversations to support the wellbeing of adults who attend our Drop-Ins.  They look at subjects such as anxiety, comparison, building our self esteem and finding our purpose in life.  These are meaningful, honest conversations run by a Hope volunteer that offers a space to be real in a supportive environment.

Who are they for

Adults who attend the Drop-Ins but want some deeper conversation about the formation of their own self worth, significance and purpose.

If you need help to find a Drop-In then please contact us or ask a friend to get in touch on your behalf if the thought of ringing a stranger is too much. We will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable about joining a new group.
