James Allen

James is married to Neroli and they have 2 children; Gregory and Edward. James worked as an IT project manager for 25 years before coming Head of Operations at a church in Sussex in January 2021. He became a Trustee of Hope in January 2020 and has also volunteered on some of the Hope projects including a drop in project and Space for Dads. James loves the focus Hope has on wanting to build community with the support of other organisations such as schools and churches, as community this is such a key way of supporting people who are facing challenging circumstances.
